Mr Adokpaye holds a 1959 B.A. Honours degree in Classics from the University of Ibadan.

He worked with Mobil Oil Nigeria plc from 1959 becoming, first, District Manager, Benin, in 1961 and then, successively, Retail Sales Manager, Commercial Manager and Sales Manager between 1968 and 1972. He was appointed General Manager in 1972 and in 1974, he was made Executive Director, before finally retiring from an executive position in December 1984. He is on the board of a number of other companies.

He was appointed to the Board of FCMB in 1984 and is currently the Chairman of the Bank’s Audit Committee. He is also the chairman of First Capital Trust Limited.

TITILAYO OLATUNDE – MD/CEO
Mr. Titilayo is a graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (B.Sc. degree) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He has over the past 20 years gained wide experience in sectors like engineering, consulting, banking and Telecomms. He also has an MBA degree from IESE Business School, Barcelona. He has attended several courses locally and overseas like Columbia Business School and Harvard Business School. He is on the Board of Nigerian American Chambers of Commerce and a member of Institute of Directors (IOD).

ADE OGUNLESI - DIRECTOR
Mr. Ogunlesi is a successful entrepreneur. He manages Sofisticat Limited and Skin Beauty Limited, a successful manufacturing outfit in Lagos. He obtained his first degree from University of Lagos and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona. He has over 20 years of experience in Business management.

HENRY JAMES SEMENITARI - DIRECTOR
Mr. Semenitari is an executive Director with first city monument bank plc where he is responsible for the commercial banking division of the bank.

He has over 19 years banking experience in various areas including commercial and retail banking, corporate banking, operations and internal control. At various times he has worked for established banks such as Zenith Bank, Diamond Bank, UBA and Afribank. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Lagos and MBA from University of Navarra (I.E.S.E), Barcelona Spain.

EMMANUEL OLUFUNSHO SOYOYE – DIRECTOR
Mr. Soyoye holds a Masters degree in Finance with special reference to Banking from University of Lagos and a bachelor’s degree (Upper Honours) in Business Administration from Ogun State University. He is an alumnus of Management Development Programme at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland and Management Centre Europe.

He is the Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer Ventures and Trusts Limited. He was the General Manager for Nigeria Bottling Company (NBC) Plc’s largest business unit in Ikeja, Lagos with turnover exceeding N10billion.

SUDHIR BISHT – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Bisht studied at Hindu College, Delhi University for B.Sc. (Honours) in Physics and later at Jodhpur University for M.B.A. He worked for Nestle, Indian Oil, Exxon Mobil & Reliance Industry before coming to Nigeria in 2004 to work as General Manager of an oil major. He joined SWAP Technologies and Telecomms Limited in 2007 as the Chief Operating Officer. He has 21 years experience in Marketing, Corporate strategy & Business development. He is also a prolific writer on business issues.

DOREEN ABEGUNDE (Ms)- DIRECTOR
Ms Abegunde is a graduate of Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan who has ventured into Information Technology over time and presently holds professional certification from Cisco Network and a post graduate degree in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool, UK. She also attended University of Pretoria for certification course in Project Management.
